Current Favorites!
I actually had a lot of fun putting together my last Current Favorites post. I'm thinking of doing it more regularly.

Current Favorites:
*Pinkberry- I had my FIRST taste of Pinkberry this past weekend. It was phenomenal. It has the National Yogurt Association's Live & Active Cultures seal (whatever that means), so I can totally justify treating myself to some without feeling bad.
*Teavana tea- I've never been a big tea person, but I am ADDICTED to some of Teavana's teas. Current favorite blend? Samurai Chai Mate with White Ayurvedic Chai. mmmm <3
*Evernote- I had Evernote FOREVER ago, but never really utilized it until now. I use it for to-do lists, places to put inspiration, and so much more. There are a TON of other photographers (like Jeremy Cowart) who use it too. In fact, here is an article on how Jeremy uses it.
*Cruising around with Adam listening to Jack Johnson with the windows down- I love spending time with him. We went location scouting together the other day, and the weather was gorgeous. What made it even better was Jack Johnson's "Better Together" came on. <3

{There is no combination of words I could put on the postcard And no song that I could sing, but I can try because this is your heart and this is Our dreams and they are made out of real things Like a shoebox of photographs with sepia-toned loving Love is the answer at least for most of the questions in my heart, like Why are we here? And where do we go? And how come it's so hard? It's not always easy and sometimes life can be deceiving I'll tell you one thing, it's so much better when we're together}

A while back, I photographed Katy & Drew's engagement session at Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. One of the backdrops we used was the St. John's Episcopal Church Ruins Well, that session led Chris to me even BEFORE he proposed to Callie!
Callie and Chris met in Hawaii (where Callie now lives), but they have spent much of their relationship apart since Chris was stationed in Georgia. Ever since the possibility of becoming engaged, Callie wanted to have the engagement shoot in front of church ruins. This lead to asking around, lots of google searching, the proposal, and finally the shoot!
